Following its re-structure in 2009, the League now delivers two adult divisions, the L.F.A. County League, and an Under 16's division.
The County League is signed up to the Women's Pyramid of football at Level 6 and offers clubs promotion to the North West Women's Regional League.
A new Under 18 division will also be formed for the start of next season.
