LFA Young Potentials

Since September 2008, a group of approximately 30 talented, committed and enthusiastic referees from all over Lancashire between the ages of 14 and 17 have met up on a regular basis at the County FA HQ.  The Young Potentials aim to improve, develop and progress.  Meetings consist of a physical training session, a healthy meal and a classroom training seminar, which is both interactive and informative.

The LFA Young Potentials group is designed to deliver specific and relevant training to young, ambitious, dedicated and talented referees. A clear pathway is open to the Young Potentials who can then progress in to the Referees Academy at the age of 18.

The next Young Potentials Meeting is on Thursday 18th February 2010, 6pm start at the LFA.  The keynote speaker for the evening is Steve Stewart an FA Level 4 Tutor from Merseyside.
