Applicable to clubs competing in the North West Counties Football League Division 1 & 2 and also the Womens Premier League.
With effect from season 2006/7 season all teams participating at steps 5 and 6 of the National League System will be subject to match based suspension procedures similar to those at the Step 4 and above. These procedures will continue to be administered by County Football Associations.
In order to make the system a success it is important for all clubs, not only those with teams at Step 5 and 6, to be aware of the implications and their obligations to the administration of a sound disciplinary process.
