Nominations can only be considered where the groundsman is the member of a club, so clubs cannot be nominated where the pitch is maintained by an external contractor or maintenance company.
The awards scheme recognises the groundsman and his/her work in preparing the pitch over the season.

Fully completed forms should be returned to the Association no later than Friday 19th December 2008.
