Media Matchday Helpers Wanted

Lancashire FA are searching for media helpers for our 28 County Cup semi-final and final ties

Lancashire FA are searching for matchday helpers to aid in our coverage of all our major County Cup semi-final and final ties between now and the end of the season.

Duties involved in helping with our coverage includes:

  • Social media coverage across official Lancashire FA channels
  • On the whistle match reports
  • On camera post-match interviews with the manager of both sides
  • Live radio commentary via Lancashire FA Radio

There are a total of 28 matches to cover, ranging from our Senior Cup Final, with recent winners including Fleetwood Town and Liverpool FC, to our Boys and Girls U12 County Cup competitions.

Lancashire FA will contribute to any traveling expenses and/or food and drink costs whilst helping in our coverage. Accreditation for any work created will also be given, as well as any potential references you may need in the future.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any student wanting to gain experience in football media, whilst also having the chance to work within a governing body of the national game.

If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity or wish to know more, please email Lancashire FA’s Marketing & Communications Officer, Harry Lyons, no later than Friday 15 February.
