The Commercial and Operations team at Lancashire FA generate income to reinvest funds into the game and support the growth of football in Lancashire. The team deliver innovative products and services and ensure customers remain highly satisfied during their experiences at our first-class facilities, and we are recruiting for a number of new staff members: 

Café/Reception Team Member | We are seeking a Café / Reception Team member to run the 1878 Café and provide a warm welcome to guests. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a front of house role and have a friendly, welcoming manner. Having high standards of customer care is essential, as are strong teamworking skills and a commitment to adherence to all legislative and health and safety requirements. Chef | We are looking for a Chef with high quality standards to manage and coordinate all catering at Lancashire FA, including catering for all functions on site, conferences and events, matchdays, the 1878 café & public catering. This will involve regularly constructing exciting menus with new and existing culinary creations to inspire our customers, and controlling and directing all elements of food preparation, including purchasing, cooking, and polishing dishes to maintain exacting standards, whilst always ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and hygiene are maintained. Groundsperson | We are seeking an experienced Groundsperson with high professional standards to ensure our facilities and grounds remain at the highest quality standards, in line with legislative and environmental compliance and best practice. This role involves maintaining the aesthetically pleasing appearance of the external facilities with trees, shrubs, flowers and grass, and ensuring that the pitch remains in top condition for play. Operations Manager | We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to manage, develop and oversee delivery of our conference and events business, 3G facility, café, as well as the full match day experience. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience, within food and beverage operations, and the ability and skills to commit to the highest standards for both the customer service experience and adherence to all legislative and health and safety requirements. Operations Supervisor/Assistant
| We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor/Assistant to assist with delivery of our conference and events business, 3G facility, café, as well as the full match day experience. The ideal candidate will have previous operational experience, ideally within food and beverage operations, and have high standards for customer service. Conference & Events Sales Coordinator | We are currently seeking two Sales Coordinators to join us. One position is a full-time permanent role, whilst the other is a 20-hour a week, 12-month contract to provide maternity cover. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and planning skills with a focus on delivery, and having a good understanding of the conference and events sales sector is a must, as well as high attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction. The full time, 35-hour a week role attracts a salary band of £17-19k full time, and this is paid on a pro rata basis for the 20-hour contract, plus extensive benefits.
