Liverpool lifted the 2016/17 Molson Coors Senior Cup on Friday night after overcoming Fleetwood Town on penalties.

George Johnston's second-half opener for the Reds was cancelled out late on by Town skipper Jack Sowerby.

With both sides level after 90 minutes, the tie went straight into a shootout, which Liverpool edged 5-4 after Michael Donohue missed Fleetwood's first spot-kick.
