Get Set To Go
Come for a kickabout and meet new people
There are a range of Get Set to Go football sessions currently available in Lancashire for the benefit of those who may be struggling with mental health issues.
If you are keen to meet new people, eager to enjoy more exercise or simply fancy a kick-about, these inclusive sessions are ideal.
"Lancashire FA is committed to working to help provide positive inclusive football environments.
“Using the power of football to help create this environment in order to promote positive mental wellbeing is especially beneficial for those who take part.
“We are proud to support people who are at risk of mental illness, are currently unwell or who may be lonely or isolated, and give them the chance to get active and make new friends.”
