Bolton Wanderers Girls U15 beat Accrington Stanley Women U15 3-2 to win the U15 Youth Cup 2024.

It was the Whites who found the back of the net first just minutes after kick off, leaving Accrington Stanley startled but ready to fight back.

And fight back they did, answering Bolton’s goal with a goal of their own, ensuring the scoreline read 1-1 at half time.

Wanderers came out with force in the second half and got themselves two more goals, leaving many to believe their win was a done deal.

However, the Reds did enough to get one back in injury time, making sure the last few moments were a bag of nerves for everyone at the County Ground.

But it was Bolton Wanderers Girls who triumphed with a 3-2 win to be crowned champions.
