The County Ground to Host Pre-Season Friendly Match

Bolton Wanderers vs Preston North End will take place in July.

Lancashire FA is pleased to announce that Bolton Wanderers and Preston North End will play a pre-season fixture at the County Ground on Tuesday 20 July 2021.

Following a hugely successful season, which has seen them secure automatic promotion to League One, Bolton Wanderers will arrive at the fixture in form and full of confidence.

Preston North End achieved a 13th placed finish in The Championship, and Frankie McAvoy's team will be looking for a positive result to help generate some pre-season momentum, in what is guaranteed to be a fiercely contested affair.

The match will kick-off at 7pm. Admission is by advance ticket only, there will be no cash tickets available on the gate.

Tickets are available via the official Preston North End and Bolton Wanderers ticketing sites.

Further to the most recent government announcement and consultation with the local public health department we encourage all fans to consider taking a lateral flow test before the game to help protect your fellow fans and families.
