Ahead of the start of this year’s Rainbow Laces campaign on Saturday, we’ve launched a social media challenge to raise awareness of the initiative.

Stonewall is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Rainbow Laces campaign with this year’s theme being ‘Lace Up to Keep It Up.’

To be in with a chance of winning rainbow laces of your own, simply do as many kick ups as you can in 10 seconds, nominate someone else to complete the challenge such as your teammates, your coach, a referee or even your Club Welfare Officer, and then tag Lancashire FA in your post on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
