“I don’t do any of this for me, I do this for the people I work with.”

Humble reactions such as this could be heard echoing around the Sir Tom Finney suite at the County Ground by all 11 of our winners throughout the night last Thursday 19th October. 

The Lancashire FA Red Rose Awards 2023 was our opportunity to celebrate the amazing achievements of our fantastic volunteers across the county.

But without the unwavering dedication from coaches, match officials, clubs and leagues, grassroots football in Lancashire wouldn’t be what it is today.

The evening was the perfect opportunity to honour a selection of volunteers in a variety of categories including New Volunteer of the Year and The Lioness Award.

We hope everyone had a great night - we were honoured to be able to celebrate you.
