Our first meeting with the members of the Lancashire FA Change Our Game young influencer programme took place last week and we’ve already got off to a flying start.

After advertising the programme towards the end of 2023, asking for young people across Lancashire to step forward if they wanted to help influence grassroots football, we now have a group who are ready to revolutionise the game.

Our young people are the future of football, so we’re making it our mission to involve them in decision making and let them shape, change and futureproof their game.

But this week’s meeting was just the beginning, we hope that with their help we can make football as relevant to young people as possible.
