Referee Development Officer Vacancy
We are currently seeking a Referee Development Officer to join our Workforce Team within Football Development and support Referees across the county with their development and progression.
The ideal role holder will have a strong understanding of Referee development, including the progression pathways at grassroots level. In addition, they will have the ability to work strategically with partner organisations across different sectors to plan and deliver football programmes and interventions that will really make a difference to our Referee workforce. Project management skills, along with data analysis skills to be able to monitor the effectiveness of programmes, are therefore essential for this role.
This is a full-time role and involves some evening and weekend work. It attracts a salary of £25-£30k, depending on experience, and has extensive benefits.
