Lancashire FA is responsible for maintaining discipline at grass roots level and abides by the procedures issued annually by The Football Association.

Caution  14 days  From the date of the notification letter 
Standard Charge 7 days  From the date of the notification letter
Misconduct Charge  14 days  From the date of the notification letter
SUP 21 days  From the date of the notification letter 
Board of Appeal 14 days  From the written notification of the decision from the League or Competition
Personal Hearing  14 days  From the date of the notification letter 
Mistaken Identity  3 days  Within 3 working days of the Match 
Wrongful Dismissal  1 day  Within 1 working day of the Match

The FA Discipline Handbook 2017/18

The Discipline Handbook 2017/18 is an online interactive reference guide to aid Leagues, Clubs and Players through the forthcoming season.

The handbook will be a useful guide to explain the disciplinary process and details the changes that have taken place over the last few years – including match based discipline, sanction guidelines and changes to handling discrimination. This year’s guide also includes videos and resources that will go into greater depth to explain the disciplinary process.
