Friday 1st September 2017, 7.30pm
The County Ground, Lancashire FA HQ, Leyland, PR25 2LF

(Originally scheduled for Wednesday 9th August 2017)

Tickets are priced as £5 for adults and £3 for concessions, and cash sales will be in operation at the turnstiles on the day of the game.

This exciting tie will be the 120th Lancashire Senior Cup final and the 12th to be played at the County Ground.

Liverpool last won the competition in 2009/10, beating Oldham Athletic 3-0, and have lifted the cup 12 times in total.

Fleetwood, meanwhile, have reached the final of the competition for the first time; last season they were knocked out on penalties by Oldham at the quarter-final stage.

Last season, an Everton side featuring Tom Davies and Luke Garbutt beat Oldham on penalties after drawing 2-2 in normal time.

Blackburn Rovers are the most successful side in the competition’s history with 18 final victories.

The first final was played in 1879/80 and won by Darwen, with Blackburn finishing as runners-up.

This year we will be delighted to welcome the Lancashire winners of the 2017 FA Community Awards to the final.

David Tynan (Penwortham St Teresa's) and Owen Coyle Junior (England Amputee Football Association) as well as representatives from AHF FC, Leigh Genesis FC and the East Lancashire Football Alliance will take a well-deserved share of the spotlight and collect their accolades at the match.
