2018/19 Winners: Heysham Blue Star

The Under 12 County Youth Cup was established in 2000/01, when Cadley became the first ever winners of the Cup.

Heysham Blue Star won the competition in 2019 after beating Padiham FC 2-1 in the final.

The cup is competed for by Under 12 boys teams across Lancashire.
